My journey into sports coaching did not start on the field. It started with people.
I have 15 years of international corporate experience, seven of which were spent coaching leaders to navigate pressure, performance demands, and the mental side of high achievement. Over time, I noticed something fascinating. Whether in a boardroom or on a pitch, the challenges were strikingly similar: focus, confidence, resilience, learning how to handle setbacks, and finding balance without burning out.
The environment changed, but the human experience did not.
That realization slowly drew me back to sport, something that has always been part of my life.
I was born into a professional athletic family and grew up seeing what most people never see. The early mornings, the sacrifices, the injuries, the expectations, and the quiet strength it takes to keep going. I understood from a young age that performance is never just physical. It is emotional, mental, and deeply personal.
For many years, I have been working closely with developing athletes and their families, building confidence, resilience, and love for sport while helping them navigate the pressures of performance, school, and life.
Today, as both a coach and a parent of young athletes, I experience that journey from every side. My work focuses on supporting athletes and their families as whole people, not just performers. That might mean helping a young athlete rebuild confidence after injury, guiding parents through the ups and downs of competitive sport, supporting girls navigating the unique pressures of female athletics, or helping families create routines that allow school, sport, and life to coexist in balance. Sometimes it is about performance. Sometimes it is about wellbeing. Often, it is both.
I believe strong athletes are built from the inside out through mindset, lifestyle, support, and connection.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple intention: to help young people grow into resilient, grounded individuals who love their sport and carry those strengths with them long after the game ends.
Because sport should shape character, not just results.
