Meet the coach
My journey into sports coaching did not start on the field. It started with people.
I have 15 years of international corporate experience, seven of which were spent coaching leaders to navigate pressure, performance demands, and the mental side of high achievement. Over time, I noticed something fascinating. Whether in a boardroom or on a pitch, the challenges were strikingly similar: focus, confidence, resilience, learning how to handle setbacks, and finding balance without burning out.

Mental toughness in sports is an athlete's ability to consistently perform at their best under pressure, overcoming challenges, distractions, and setbacks by maintaining focus, confidence, and resilience, essentially a psychological strength that lets them control their mindset and bounce back from adversity like mistakes or losses, allowing them to stay committed and perform at a high level. It's a collection of skills like grit, emotional control, self-belief, and focus that separate elite performers.
